Eskom

This division has been created to design, build and refurbish Eskom’s electricity assets, to act as a catalyst for project development for the Eskom Group and to be the custodian of Eskom’s non-regulated businesses. The division also offers strategic and commercial life-cycle services to the Eskom line divisions.

 

Eskom Enterprise (Pty) Limited will continue to operate as an asset-holding company for contracting non-regulated work such as network protection, telecommunication and measurement. It also houses the non-core businesses identified for exit.
