NW2519EReply:Eskom has three (3) main contracts with the company referred to, of which one contract was renegotiated in 2010. The main reason was to remove the embedded derivative (i.e. replace the Dollar denominated with a Rand (ZAR) denominated tariff structure). With regard to the other two contracts, no agreement has been reached.
